• Conveyancing Quality Scheme

  We are pleased to announce that we have, after rigorous assessment, secured membership to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme - the mark of excellence for the home buying process. CQS enables consumers, whether buying or selling, to identify firms that provide quality conveyancing service. The process requires strict assessment, training, self reporting, random audits and annual reviews to maintain CQS status. It is open only to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards.

  We are pleased to announce that Solicitor Jonathan Parker will be joining the Firm on Monday 28th May. Jonathan qualified in 2011 and has been working in his home town of Brixham since then. His full profile will appear on this website in due course. Jonathan conducted 6 months of his training with us in 2010 and we are delighted to welcome him back.
