Outside of work Ben's main pursuit is Rugby, where he still turns out for Brixham RFC and is a regular player at the Dubai 7s. He is also a keen skier and likes to keep himself active when not incapacitated through Rugby or Skiing.

Ben Darby
Ben Darby is the son of John Darby and a Partner within the Firm. Having graduated with a Law Degree from the University of the West of England in Bristol in 1996 he initially undertook a management career working in the Hotel & Catering Industry.
He returned to the Law in 1999 completing his studies at Exeter University before joining the family firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2000. Following his qualifying in August 2002 Ben has followed in his Father's footsteps of applying himself to many areas of Legal Practice.
Ben's particular areas of expertise are Criminal Defence (a practising Duty Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate); Wills, Probate & Inheritance Tax Planning and Conveyancing.
